Glasshalfull is seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our kitchen staff. The candidate that we are looking for should have experience working in a “from scratch” restaurant. In addition to being on the line during the dinner shift, the person we are looking for will be asked to perform general prep tasks and support other kitchen team members as needed.


  • Experience working sauté station
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Self motivated
  • Knowledge of how to attain accurate temperatures for various proteins
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Be detail oriented and organized

Duties Involved:

  • General prep for all stations
  • Executing dishes that are produced from the sauté station
  • Helping the rest of the line as needed
  • Aiding other kitchen members in any way to ensure a smooth service, and well maintained kitchen environment

Compensation is based on experience

Formal training. culinary school is preferred, but not required
