Entering into a new age of restaurants post-pandemic, we must address the long standing inequities in our business. As always before, Acme strives to be a model of doing what is right for our community. This is why, in addition to adding our kitchen teammates into the tip pool, Acme will also guarantee a living wage at a minimum of $15 per hour for all hourly employees. With more equity between positions, we believe employees will be more driven to do the job that best suits their talents instead of simply what will make them the most money.
